A. It's a relationship between Lasertreatments.com and approved web sites; you put links to Lasertreatments.com on your site, and for each person who clicks on the link and then submits a doctor referral form or a financing form with Lasertreatments, you earn $0.50 from Lasertreatments.

Q. How does it work?

A. Lasertreatments.com does not use a third party to manage the Affiliates Program. This enables us to pay a higher pay per lead. For every form which is completely filled out you will automatically receive a confirmation. Click here for a sample referral form.

Q. How do I get started?

A. 1. Fill in the become an affiliate form and once approved, we will provide all text links and or banners of your choice to place on your website.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. You can be a Lasertreatments Affiliate for free. Simply complete the sign form, choose the appropriate banner or text link you wish, place it on your site, and start making money!

Q. How much will I get paid?

A. For each person who clicks on a Lasertreatments link on your site, then submits a request form from Lasertreatments, you earn $0.50. To get started, just fill out the application.

Q. When do I get paid?

A. Lasertreatments.com handles all payments to you; you are automatically paid by check every month on the 15th. Checks are written for accounts with balances of $25 (U.S. dollars) or more. Smaller amounts will accrue until they reach $25. The checks are mailed by the first of the following month.

Q. What sort of web sites qualify?

A. The web site where you want to post Lasertreatments links must be approved by Lasertreatments. Your site will be reviewed as part of the application process. Lasertreatments.com reserves the right to refuse membership to a site at any time if Lasertreatments deems it objectionable or if it links to objectionable material. To get started, just fill out the application.

Q. Are internationally based web sites eligible?

A. NO.

Q. Can I put the links on other pages in my site, or on a completely different site?

A. You may put the Lasertreatments links on any page that you own, provided the page or web site is in accordance with the Lasertreatments User Agreement you agree upon sign up.

Q. How do I change or cancel my account info?

A. If you wish to cancel your Lasertreatments account, please send an email to cancel@lasertreatments.com with your account ID and/or email address. Refunds (if appropriate) are processed once a month, on or around the 15th.

Q. How do I change my mailing address?

A. To change your mailing address, just email us at contact@lasertreatments.com

Lasertreatments will verify information submitted for authenticity. If an affiliate is found to have any fraudulant submissions, Lasertreatments will take appropiate legal means.
